Complete the application form and fax it to 1300 720 561 or post to Level 21, 201 Miller St, North Sydney, NSW 2060.Upon receipt of the application form we will be in touch with you to advise time frames (usually 3 hours to activate). If you already have a number we can arrange to port it across to your Telcotalk account. Just complete the porting section in the above form.
