Bill Analysis

We get a copy of your recent bill and we look at:

  • The number of active lines
  • Number of local calls and the cost of these calls
  • Number of National calls and the cost of these calls
  • Number of calls to mobiles and the cost of these calls

We also look for anomalies such as:

  • Strange rental charges on handsets that haven't been used in years
  • Administration fees - many companies charge you to send you a bill!
  • Credit card payment fees
  • Hidden 30 second or 60 second billing

Savings Projection

In this case the local calls were the same, but it wasn't a major proportion of the phone use. This customer made most of their calls to national number - that was where the volume was so we could reduce the rates on that category. Using this information, we can also see that the customer is on a better line rental than what we offered. However we now have a good picture of the customers call use and we can go back to the line rental and 'sharpen our pencil'. We now know what kind of volume is involved with this customer so we can cut our margins in areas that matter.
