What is a simple configuration?

A simple configuration is one with a single answer point that is configured in one of the following ways.

a) One answer point with full access from calls originating from landlines or mobiles (anywhere within Australia); or

b) One answer point with full access from landlines (anywhere within Australia) and no access from a call originating from a mobile; or

c) One answer point with access from calls originating from mobiles (anywhere within Australia) and no access from landlines

Complex configuration is any configuration that is not simple configuration.
