13th Month Free Offer Customer Terms and Conditions
• The applicant agrees to remain a 'full service' customer of ours for a full and consecutive 12 months. 'Full service' includes routing your local, national, international and calls to mobiles calls via us.
• We agree to credit your 13th bill with the equivalent amount of the average monthly spend of your previous 6 months fixed wire bills with us. The average monthly spend will exclude any Yellow/White Pages and or Service and Equipment Installation charges.
• The agreement starts from the date specified on the application for service form and continues for a period of 12 months ('Term').
• If you terminate this Agreement prior to the expiry of the Term you will be required to pay an early termination fee of $99.
